Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how you can delete your data from SocialFlow. We provide three independent ways to request deletion, all of which result in the removal of your personal data from our database within 24 hours.
Option 1 — Self-service from inside the app
- Log in at socialflow.nurgaliyev.com/login
- Go to Content Manager → Settings
- Click "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page
- Confirm the action in the dialog
All personal data — including the SocialFlow account, every connected Instagram account, cached profile information, comments, direct messages, follower statistics, and any uploaded media files — is removed immediately. The Instagram access token is invalidated by removing it from our database; if you also want to revoke our app from Instagram's side, see the link in Option 3.
Option 2 — Email request
Send an email to
almas@nurgaliyev.com
with the subject line Data deletion request and include:
- Your SocialFlow login (username), or
- The Instagram username of the connected account, or
- The email address used to register
We will process the request within 7 days and reply with a written confirmation once all data has been deleted.
Option 3 — Meta-initiated removal
When you remove SocialFlow from your Instagram account at instagram.com/accounts/manage_access, Meta sends a signed deletion request to our server. Our automated handler at the URL below verifies the request and removes all data associated with your Instagram account within 24 hours.

What gets deleted
- SocialFlow user account (login, password hash, language preference)
- All connected Instagram accounts (user ID, username, access token)
- Cached profile information and post data
- Cached comments and direct messages
- Daily follower statistics and profile snapshots
- Uploaded media files (Reels, Posts, Stories) and queue records
- Publishing logs and scheduling history
- All session cookies for the user
What is retained
The only data that may be retained after deletion is what we are legally required to keep, such as financial transaction records (if any) under Kazakhstan tax law. SocialFlow does not currently process any payments, so in practice no data is retained after deletion.
Confirmation
Once deletion is complete you will receive an email confirmation (Options 1 and 2). For Meta-initiated deletions (Option 3), Meta receives a confirmation code from our server which can be used to track the request.
